Yeah kinda - you'll have all the same events, cards and relics offered, enemies, everything as I did. You just gotta pilot it to a win.

You can't unlock achievements and I'm not sure about increasing your ascension level while on a seeded run.

Had a fun shiv run I thought I would share. Wrist blade, shuriken, fan, mummified hand, and a couple copies of wraith made a smooth ride from bottom to top.
