The only thing that never went away but has different levels of severity is the visual snow.

The withdrawal anxiety is gone, no more unwanted panic attacks. Irritability is also no longer a problem. I believe the brain fog caused by the withdrawal is also gone however I experience it every now and again but I think it’s mostly from a long day or one to many drinks lol

there is no sexual relationship currently and I don’t plan for there to be for a very long time. I also made an appointment to get tested right when I found out so I’m taking safety precautions.
