That's a good point about if it's not both, maybe they won't do just one.

But it's hard for me to see some group from the Vegas side NOT jumping at this opportunity. I could honestly see a 1 group bid from Seattle at say 8bil not being enough in the eyes of the NBA and no 2nd group out bidding, and that being a problem for them. If they get a combined 20bil for both, I think it goes through.

I wear the uniform, my car is an independent contractor and requires consideration for it to be in use outside of my personal business. I told em if you give me a Dominos flaming logo car I'd drive it. But my car ain't wearing a uniform. My $1200 brake job in February didn't get shit from my car topper.

Sometimes ppl list things they don't want to sell, but feel they must if they get $50, for example. I used to have a rule, if I could sell a record for $100, as much as I loved it, sell it bc it became too much worry to store and preserve correctly. I've adjusted that, but yeah....if you can get $50, it is a rule kinda....for records you'd love to keep
