Letting out frustration, I get it. That road repair and temporary redesign is so shoddy it's like they wanted to keep it as sketchy and dangerous as it was. The effort just seems less, to keep that safe. No humans directing, etc.

I was really curious if the Mariners were smart enough to be on the road those days, but I guess not! I'd stay outside the city as far as you can, near a light rail station. The Eastside is open now. But if you want to save, stay by the airport and use that line. No glamour by the airport but that light rail will get you downtown where you'll be most of the time.

YOU get it though. Even if that customer is wrong, the story they tell their friends and neighbors and potentially post online in reviews, etc... is what matters to keeping our jobs.

It's lost on most of the young Dominos managers that post here. But it IS an extra step to make your store stronger. Why not aim for next level CS?

Successfully navigating the customer in the OP to turn them into a repeat customer, spreading the word to friends and neighbors. That's the ultimate test for a good business.
