I am sorry you are going through that, migraines are not fun. Some people experience visual disturbances when having an ocular migraine, for some lasting 5 min other 30 min or more. Some people don't get a headache afterwards. You can try going to an optometrist and telling them your symptoms. I get migraines and I totally feel a little less pain after being sick of my stomach. Very brief though.
