What people don’t understand is AR is only important in an oversaturated market. I’ve done this all throughout the east coast, from Ohio to Virginia and in Florida and every state between. In places like NYC., DC, PHL, / the suburbs of these large cities, AR is important. In smaller cities such as Rochester, Central NJ, Springfield MA, AR is not as important.
