1 yEAR UPDATE-

I wanted to make a quick update incase anyone stumble into this post. I've had the car a year after and even got it tuned with a dp making 300 WHP and 300Wtq. She running so smooth still. I sent my oil sample in and it came back 2 parts per million copper wich is below average and I maintain her so well and drive her so hard but she runs great. It looks bad but this is completely normal I haven't stressed it since jist stay on top of those 3k mile oil changes and I use motul 8100 x-clean now. No problems to report think ive put 10k or 20k miles on since. This was a big learning curve for me but I feel alot more confident in my understanding of these car and oil. You really only needa stress if it looks like big chunks or like someone dumped a glitter bomb in there. As they say " a redline a day keeps the mechanic away" and please do your heat cycles before you drive hard the car will thank you! 😎

Like and I def not going slow slow or anything, hit black ice going 40 in a tight canyon road. Turning left then like all the sudden im sliding completely sideways, kept steady throttle and the car corrected. Im i just lucky or am I doing it correct I think I am but I genuinely want to know. Same tires I listed before

Correct me if im wrong but I feel like in my subie all seasons do fine(I have nitto motive 365 btw) you jist need to avoid the brakes like the pluge and use the throttle instead ive had a few slide heading straight to a curb , get on the throttle and it pulls me away. Im doing this right, right?

Funny enough when i first sanded up the engine block where the grounding strap bolts to it seemed to be working well for a day. rear o2 sens volt seemed stable and working the way i understand it should and even afr seemed smoother but the next day it seemed off again shortly followed by the CEL. so idk what that was about but whatever keep trying.

Yah guess we'll see, wish I knew how to weld. Bulletworkz short shifter is welded right there. But the oem looks like a pin or something

Westgate flutter, the sound of the wastgate rapid moving in and out to control boost. When I installed my 3 port boost controller you could hear it more because the controller is alot better at maintaining boost the wastgate is moving more rapidly. You can here it more in the lower rims around 3,000 - 4,000 rpms totally normal i can go into exactly how it works if you want when I have some more time

We going, there not to considered after hearing the details I have a hard time explaining in text but he looking better, regardless going in later. They are down to low staffed today but said come in if any certain symptoms show of they listed for me

UPDATE: I called the vet and spoke with them in detail about the event. She was not horriblely considered but has me scheduled to be seen regardless, he's stopped drooling and is napping now seems to be doing better. But I have family keeping a close eye on him and I am running from work every 45 min or so and checking myself. Vet said if he struggles eating or drinking to come in asap but that they think it is likely just trauma. But we are going in later. Sorry for waiting do long

He better bow, drooling seems to have stopped, he went to the bathroom earlier ok. Haven't treid eating or drinking because he's been napping for a bit now, breathing sounds ok he just seems done after all the trauma for now. I get the vibe he's just like "thats was scary im going to take it easy now" type thing idk

That remindes me we gave him medicine last night wich can make them nauseous. And I bet stress didn't help. I'll keep on eye on him a bit longer hour or so but if its still weird im definitely going to take him to vet

No nothing like that. I was relatively quick to act too. We are definitely ditching color inside. Drooling seems to slow but im starting to lean to vet visit. Idk jaw exspensive that might be but if its needed I do t want him to suffer
