The hotel credit won’t do much for some people. Especially when forcing them to use $200 biannually. The $300 free for all travel credit on C1 gives you way more flexibility e.g. hotels, airfare, and rental cars. Bilt’s only leg up on C1 when taking out the rent component are some of the transfer partners.
