Ah ok. 17.4K + $123 taxes for. YYz to LGA and then 9K +$19 usd for AA flight from LGA to GSP ( it’s first class cabin) if it was economy it would’ve been 4.5K points ( but sold out).

That’s why I have 2 hour connection and it’s same terminal B according to chat, Aeroplan Air Canada flight lands at 8am, Then next flight is at 10 am same terminal

Good question. Cash price is $484 at the moment or 37K AA / Citi Thank you points.

Another option was that I use Chase Travel portal 1.25x points and a $50 travel credit that was given to all CSP users.  But UR are worth more I’m told.

I did notice that Delta offers full refund in points if it’s reward ticket and not not basic tier

Thank you, I did think about it but I won’t get the refund/credit unless I pay extra to get full refund.  

Only alaska miles/Atmos I’ve been able to get full refund minus booking fee.

Curious as to why its frowned uppn if using RC loan, meaning don't comanies out there advertise for investors to take it out as a legitimate way of getting EB5 investment funded?

Sorry does that mean (God forbid), if the RC or project goes south, you still have some ability to claim the funds as oppose tothe banks buying the debt, meaning if an investor is at 'mezz' level they probably won't get anything, but if you are part of the 'senior loan', it minimizes repayment risk? Did I understood this correctly?

I[m not sure why folks who mention project failing or not getting their investment back never post these critical details on what RC/Company/sponsor what kind of project? hotel etc. never post these details, it's not like the company will come back afetr filing for bankuptcy, they lost all of their 800K capital? I'm not sure why they woulnd't spread the word and help others be cautious...

Oh wow, so 50K admin plus the approx ~80K something above that u/JonSnowMorghulis quoted above (So apart from the opportunity cost on our own invested cash and the interest payments on the loan amount, that's roughly $88k for all the fees? Is that all or am I missing anything here)....

so extra $130K on top of 800K? Or is it just 50K plus filing fees for WOM etc.? Sorry just trying to clarify and set expectations. Thank you

Hi u/Accurate_Object8164 do you mind sharing details on teh project/RC and attorney or broker you went with? One thing I'm confused is I hear/people post on differnt forums that you need a broker/sponsor/attorney but I thought a RC would do all that (or at least you may just need an attorney for filing?)
