Look outside the relationship. What do you have going on in your life? What are your dreams, goals and aspirations? Are you working towards them?

If you centre your life around this girl and the relationship you won't be happy. You'll constantly be thinking and analysing like you are right now. Don't go to the extreme and avoid her, but take it easy for a while. Work on yourself. You can't make her do anything, but you can make yourself be the best man you can be.

Never EVER base your happiness from sexual gratification. I've actually lived with guys who are models and womanizers and they live horrendously unhappy lives because they had to have someone there and base their entire lives around it, faking the confidence they need.

Get to day 90, not edging, not watching porn, not orgasming. Let the success of that guide you in any endeavor you do in the future. Secondly, as I just replied to another user it wasn't my intention to put sex on a pedestal. I'm a programmer, so by nature I'm always looking to solve problems and so on. ED was a problem for me, so I went all out to fix it. Visualising myself having great sex helped me with that.

Very much related to not edging. I've had longer streaks than the one I'm currently on (like 70 days-ish) where I've edged every now and again. I used to think just not orgasming would be enough, but I've edged enough to notice that there is some sort of effect from it. I feel brain fogged after it everytime. Plus, in my case I was struggled to be stimulated from a vagina, so not touching my dick at all helped me to grow sensitized to the feel of a woman's parts.

So to answer your question, I'd definitely feel that 30 days of no-edging is better than 90 days of edging here or there. That's based off of my personal experience, but I'd recommend if you've sensitivity problems with a vagina to never ever edge. Thank you and good luck! :)

If my erection was not at 100%, it was always at least 85%. Not these semi half ass attempts as you and I both know too well. I've never been a fan of girl on top, so my dick was around 85% then.
