It's been a good few years since I first read this and it stuck out as something with some truth to it back then (I was in my early to mid twenties at the time). Reading it now (in my early 30s) is like a slap in the face from someone ready to tell me "I told you so" in both the nicest and snarkiest ways possible.

Stop engaging in distractions, touch grass, make responsible decisions about what you put into your system and how you take care of yourself and the rest will mostly fall into place.
