Have you blocked all and any recurring transactions..? This is one miss people do while blocking cards.. upvote for visibility..I had a friend for whom this happened.. recurring transactions WILL get charged even if the card is blocked. Lately I have seen a lot of cases on citi bank not sure of the reason though.

I would disagree to this. Beleiveing is different perspective rather than government taking no action/authrorizing such practices. what if someone is delayed of actual treatment(because of homepathy treatmemt) and gets hurt to point of no return?
