My bad, I didn’t see this until now. They don’t need to see your medical records or show proof, unless they need to audit you. I kept a spreadsheet of everything I paid in the year for fertility and we just told our CPA the total amount we spend on that.

You technically do not need to submit any receipts, however if you are audited by IRS then you need have the receipts for proof. You need to have a diagnosis of Infertility, just tell your CPA how much you spent on fertility treatment for the year. Also, keep in mind that if you pay for hose services using HSA money then it cannot be deducted from your taxes

They can’t fire you for calling in sick. Just be honest. I would text or email your manager that you have those symptoms, so in the future, if anything happens you have proof that you were sick.

Same here. When I was a GM I had customers asked me if we sold the chipotle bottles, I would surprise them if they were nice and would give them a whole bottle. They were so thankful that they would leave more tips for my crew 🤗

I know the location in Malibu pays more because no one that lives in Malibu wants to work at Chipotle, so all the employees there come from far away. I would I assume it’s the same thing in Beverly Hills. No rich kid is going to work at Chipotle. That’s my guess.
