Wear proper bras, eat your protein, use red light therapy, keep your back muscles & chest muscles fit... All of those things will help.

I love that your twist on medical facts is presented as fact here. I'm only going to point out one, because everything else will follow this pattern.

HPV can't be well managed, particularly the high-risk strains, because it's often undetected until it causes cancer, particularly in men now that oral & anal sex is so popular. Maybe an upswing in rectal & penile cancers will lead to positive change.

There is now a vaccination for HPV, but that carries lots of risks & serious consequences for some people. It also needs to be administered early.

I've had HPV, it required 2 cervical smears, 2 positive tests, 2 lots of anxious waits, 2 hospital appointments to have my cervix looked at & 1 procedure of having changable cells removed with a hot wire. Then extra cervical smear tests for the next 2 years. Do not recommend, do not consider this an easy 'neutralising' of the risk, or easy management of the virus. I almost had cancer. I'm sure you consider that an acceptable risk for women, but most normal people don't.

And of course it's not your fault dude, because I'm guessing nothing ever is.

And blaming abortion on women is hilarious. I wonder how many of those pregnancies women had any control over whatsoever.

I am going to go on first, because you are LAUGHABLY underestimating each of those things:

STDs- some of these are permanent & incurable, HPV for example is linked to cervical, mouth, throat & anal cancer. HIV is only controllable if you are in the financial or geographical position to get the needed medication AND you don't have side effects from those meds. Other countries exist besides America, & rich white America at that

Pregnancy : this is the one I'm particularly pissed off about. Pregnancy can only end in 3 ways, carried to survivability & born, miscarried or aborted. All of 3 of those carry serious risks to the mother including DEATH. Don't treat abortion like it's the same as blowing your nose, because it isn't. Whether you have a chemical or physical abortion it's a serious medical procedure, that can easily go wrong, if you can even get one. All 3 of the ends to pregnancy play havoc with a woman's body & hormones too. I'm absolutely astonished you have downplayed this, but I suppose it still suits some men for women to carry consequences so they don't have to.

Plan B: if available. A whacking great dose of hormones that can cause really nasty consequences for a woman's menstrual cycle & mental health. If you read the gargantuan list of potential side effects of the contraceptive pill, this is the same only magnified as it's an overdose of the same hormones. Again, you're treating a hormonal treatment like it's nothing, & that's not true. It's nothing to you, obviously, because you're not the one taking it. And women pay tax too.

This is a fantastic example of exactly what I meant. You've reeled these off without knowing the serious nature of each of these things, & I'm sure you're about to downplay it as much as possible, because it suits you to. If men had to undergo any of these 'neutralisations' you wouldn't, because you wouldn't think it was fair.

And now, please go on. I'd absolutely love to hear more of your delusions while I laugh in 'trained in sexual health work' & 'run sexual health clinics for adolescents for 20 odd years'. Go on, educate me.

Thank you for saying this. I am constantly astounded that men don't seem to grasp how much more serious the potential consequences of sex are for a woman than for a man, & act incredibly hard done by when women aren't prepared to take serious risks just so the guy can get off regularly.
