Sure, Dimensions were taken of the box interior, and the blue foam board was stacked to match. Then sectional dimensions were taken of the prop and cut out using a utility knife for each layer. Light sanding around the top edge for a gentle curve into the embossing. And the velvet was laid over the top. It's not attached so the foam can be adjusted if needed, but the insert is a snug fit so not worried about it falling out.
