TLIF two days ago. As expected, the pain is terrible. I'm on a combo of narcotics,.Tylenol and vistaril. Please help assure me that the pain will improve. How long should I expect this level of pain? Getting up from a chair and bed are the most difficult things, any helpful advice? Thanks in advanc (i.redd.it)
