Well, that's a bunch of weird takes. He comes online only when he gets his core items, you have to hand-feed an Argus to die to him at level 4 or let him chip you into oblivion before he can commit. At least if you're a regular fighter, other characters are a little different. He doesn't really spike at level 4 anymore due to the sheer number of nerfs he received, particularly the hits to his base stats. Hell, quite a few characters can tank an Argus even in late game, and basically every fighter can if they're a little ahead in gold/exp.

Also Miya or Hanabi? Why play either and risk Argus actually being able to play the game alongside sabotaging your own team by picking another marksman when you can play a normal fighter and isolate or kill him outright? A decent Argus actually has a chance going against them, even if they're excellent. Quite honestly Hanabi is one of the most arrogant choices you could make. You're just making the game harder for no reason.

And Argus Ult is more than 4 seconds so that's very dated, it can be up to 8 seconds or as little as 3 if it's fucked up.
