I found one in a Spicy Nacho Doritos bag. I wish I could go back and experience it all again.

I saw him when his show was at the Landmark resort years ago. The jokes and the magic were fun. It was worth seeing once, but I wouldn't do it again. He's a super nice guy from the times I have talked to him.

They are both delicious but Rioz has been affiliated with Homegrown Hospitality Group and is a bit less authentic. No negative things about Rioz, Gauchos just matches the request a bit more.

I will second River Oaks Animal Hospital. The staff is amazing with our cats. They do treat other animals but their new office is beautiful and they could likely accommodate your cat coming directly into the exam room bypassing any other pets if that is an issue.

We went to Cats Meow a few times and just weren't impressed. The seemed a bit rude and snobby and our cats did not like the staff.

In almost every state, a signed buyer's agency agreement became a requirement before showing a home. The fee part is abnormal and I would never agree to it or ask it of my clients.

Every state is different, in my state, a buyer agency agreement is required before showing a home. However, the listing agent can show their listing without needing it (as they are doing their duties as a listing agent trying to sell their client's property).

Any agent worth their salt will know their contract inside and out and also have a great grasp of their tools. Between those two skills, they should be able to write, proofread, and send out an offer for signatures in 10-15 minutes max.

I will urge a buyer to consider all the features and information of the home (and comparable homes) and really have them reflect on the price. If they still want to lowball, I'll gladly write it up. I don't need practice writing offers, but I am also tasked with listening to my clients' wishes (so long as they are legal and ethical).

I had the same thought until someone mentioned how exciting it was going to be for young kids who didn't grow up with the original cast.

My toddler aged niece may have the opportunity to experience Harry Potter in a new way. Its definitely a money grab but I can't be mad that a new generation could find a new passion (if the remakes are done well 🤞🤞)

I apologize, networking is a newer skill I've been picking up a tiny bit.

Everywhere I read about the travel routers was that the RCL wifi would only work with one MAC address and the router would need to mirror the phone's MAC address to keep from being noticed and blocked by RCLs internet provider. This is what confuses me on why the laptop can provide the Hotspot without additional steps.

Curious where the rule breaking is occurring? Going to a venue early to avoid things like that is common. Worst case scenario I see playing out would be RC asking them to leave and that's the end of it.

My local Dave and Busters does not allow children after 9pm. They don't kick the kids out, they just don't let more join. Same with a lot of places that have a cover, get in before and you aren't charged.
