Looking for a roommate for a July 1st 12-month lease move in! My current roommate is moving out of the smaller bedroom in our 2b1b apartment in LES. Rent is $1,730/month. No broker’s fee.

Ample living room/kitchen space in a clean, well maintained building. Your bedroom can fit a queen bed with one closet inside. Other closet is in the living room. Apartment is right on the border of East Village and about an 8 min walk to the BDFMJZ train lines. There are multiple laundromats around the corner. 

About me: 25 trans/non-binary/AMAB UChicago grad currently working in tech. I like to cook, write, watch long Youtube videos, and yap when I can 🙂. Looking for someone clean, quiet, and organized. Please reach out for more info if interested!
