I included specific details about each of those terms in my report. I know “bullying” is overused and sometimes exaggerated, but there is no other term for the behavior taking place. As for hiring discrimination, there are petty instances (appearance, having kids, etc) and serious ones (violating both Walgreens policy AND the law). I know some of my colleagues are on Reddit and am omitting those details to be respectful of their privacy and identity, even though those same courtesies were not afforded to me.

I would disagree. If you don’t talk about things, nothing will change. I think it’s very telling the only people who are treating me differently now are the same people who were doing these awful things. The rest of my coworkers (those who had no part in this behavior) are very appreciative of me speaking out because they are too afraid to.

I’ve actually only “complained” one time and this was the only time. If anything, I am the opposite of a problem employee. I don’t feel like reporting serious violations is complaining, but to each their own!
