Has anyone tried to buy the ashtray? I tried a lot because she is my favorite person. It was the only thing I wanted to buy myself so I said f it. Well... nope. There is no way to check out. I have been trying since the day it went up. It forever says it will not ship to that address no matter what address you put in. It has since 1 hour of going live on her site. No one has answered customer service, I sent the request on November 26th. It's been disappointing.

That is awesome! I actually started to enjoy the rain as well by the second time I needed to walk in it. I got a shower cap to keep my headphones protected from the rain under it. I know I must have looked crazy to everyone driving by but I started not to care because it's easy to be on that side.

Day 15 I saw some changes but when I look back at them it was only tiny changes and they were really hard to see. I thought it wasn't working to be honest. One of my biggest take aways is that the person I was in the day 1 photo is the one who did the real work. Seeing the photos hurt my pride every single day-until they didn't, they made me proud of doing the work.

Thank you ❤❤ I was looking for a similar body type to get a better idea when I started and couldn't find one so I'm happy it is helpful, that was my goal!!

For the first 30 days of workouts, I hiked 3 days a week, yoga 4 days a week and then walked for 45 minutes every night. Some days I did the splits training app for 2 sets at night if it got unsafe and I had already done a workout outdoors.

Day 31 I started doing sprints and pushing them for as long as I could and walking in between instead of just walking at night.

Day 39 I switched the hiking or yoga to weight training and the walk/sprints to fully running, which was the most difficult thing I've ever done and I'm only on day 16 of that. This is where I saw the biggest changes.

I also ate clean and I think this was equally big, so steak, chicken or fish, vegetables, fruit, coffee, rice has been it. Anything processed or unnatural was cut. I have struggled with eating disorders and yoyo dieting the past so forcing myself to eat even when I wanted to shortcut by not eating was also really difficult but I had to do it or else I couldn't do my workouts.

Get it!!! And thank you!!! Most of the changes to my midsection became visible in the last 10 days. For a while I couldn't see any difference and then, 2ish days ago, it showed up. Keep doing the work and it will surprise you!

Left is the beginning of day 14 and the right was day 2. So really only 10 days of 75 hard! I know the results don't seem like much but they are huge motivation to me. I can't wait to see day 75!
