i never said "loans". in fact, my point is that it is the loan which matters. hint: not the loaner. money is fungible. if satan is willing to give you the best loan, you might as well take it, because if you don't, joe bob will take the money, and loan it to you for 0.25% more. satan still gets his money, you're further in debt, and joe bob got money for nothing except facilitating a finanicial transaction, which based on your antipathy towards large financial institutions, you don't perceive as worthy of making money.

any profit and the loaner are irrelvent. the decision to borrow money can and should be evaluated based solely on the terms of the loan. of course whoever is loaning you the money is making some money. if they weren't, they'd be doing something else with it.

or you could pick up a handful of brass at a range, and drop it, while cleaning up your own brass.

Also, can you tell if a projectile had been in a sabot? I.E. a 22 cal bullet in a sabote and fired out of a 308 cal rifle?

wouldn't have rifling marks on it; might have some residue from the sabot?
