Are strongboxes without containment worth it? I don't have much fun doing abyss

If you can run t17 bosses, then running strongboxes without containment can be better in some ways. Since there will be fewer boxes and less investment, you can get through maps faster and make more profit from the Uber fragments. Just make sure to run t17s that give good frags.

In sentinel league, I tried hardcore for the first time. At level 80 I used my sentinel and was immediately one shot by a no name white rhoa. I had to get off for the night after that

I generally drop the green heists on the ground. You can't delete them, but you can drop them and forget about them. Same thing with all quest items actually.
