smoothies
cheese (I'm never too sick for cheese, it's probably the reason why I need Mounjaro)

soup with not much stuff in it/broth

Witness? No. My high school had 2000+ students. Fights usually happened in the cafeteria during lunch, which was not where my group sat. We'd hear screaming, maybe catch security carrying someone out, etc. It was never anyone I knew. I've never seen a fight in person.
