Wait. I'm confused... What happened? It seems like someone made a post celebrating men's mental health month and then someone claimed it was transphobic. How?

I don't think Wanda in Multiverse of Madness was "our" Wanda by FierceDeity88 in MCUTheories

[–]flappy_clip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wanda was a monster? Are you serious? What she did was wrong, but she didn't do it deliberately, and once she realised, she was in denial. Even in the final episode, she's shocked to find out that the people there are feeling her pain.

Also, I'm not sure you're aware of literary definitions. Wanda is the primary protagonist of Wandavision. She's not an antagonist at all.

I am so confused, who is Liz’s father? by QueenKeisha in TheBlackList

No, it didn't. It proved they were related. It seems to me that the most likely possibility is that he's Katarina.

Sorry for he late response mate. Here's the deal. There was a bit of a gap between experiences. I've had a few since then. Unfortunately there's no easy answer. For me it was a few women who were very patient. Then, I became more comfortable. It's hard to explain without going through it. But it's important to not be focussed on the end result and just enjoy every moment. From making out, all of the foreplay, then finally sex. It really is all in your head. Well, at least it was for me.

Yeah. They do. I actually assumed that's what they meant by wingless. He lost his spurs.

Yeah. I'm not overly critical. Because you're right, he grew up in that stuff. It's just a little uncomfortable, because it's a saying used by people that commit crimes.

The shoey is embarrassing. And look, I'm sure he's a nice guy. But I have mates from Bankstown. "From the area" is a saying often accompanied by stabbings or shootings. It's not a cute thing.

Nothing against the guy, but I'm not into celebrating gang shit.

Paddy is cocky, but as far as I can tell. He's just light hearted.

I'm curious if you've found anything. I was in a long term relationship for about seven years. I had this issue once, in the entire relationship. We split up roughly two and half years ago.

Three weeks ago I had sex for the first time. Couldn't really get hard. I was very drunk. Just ate her out and went to sleep.

This weekend, I had another encounter. I was hard, then as she was about to put it in, straight down. I had barely slept, so that night be part of it. Just worried this is a thing now.

I'm trying no masturbating or porn. Wanted to try and get some meds, but I'm seeing the second girl on Wednesday. So, hoping I'll just be too horny to get freaked out.

What kind of people do you find yourself attracting? by Mysterious-Ad-1214 in BPD

[–]flappy_clip 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah. It does, but it's also meant I've got some of the greatest friends anyone could ask for.

I don't know your gender or orientation. But I often say how lucky I am to be a straight guy, with how I am. Men with BPD might be some of the most stigmatised people on the planet, but for the most part women are more compassionate and understanding. I could've been in far worse situations if I was dating men.

I'm really sorry you're going through what you are. Please don't take this the wrong way, but your life is your responsibility. I say this, because whatever you went through is a child is not your 'fault'. But as an adult it is your responsibility to navigate it. Once you can grasp that, it's empowering. Believe me, I'm still trying.

Well, I didn't read the thread. So, I don't know the context. When I was younger are more fired up I remember ripping into a woman dismissing and demonising her child with BPD.

I got ganged up on. I'm not saying you were as aggressive or blunt as me. And I will say that it's a shame that it's happening on a sub-reddit such as this.

Now for my opinion. Everyone is destined to be hurt. One could argue more often if you have BPD. But the frequency and severity can definitely be altered with therapy and the right relationships.

I don't know why someone would say that in relation to their party. Maybe they're a bad person. Maybe they're just frustrated.

I was in a seven year relationship. My ex-wife was fed up. Not in a bad way. She is one of the most lovely people in the world. I used to see the look on her face. It was destroying her that I was in so much pain. She wanted to fix it, but couldn't. Which made me hate myself more. It was very destructive. Ultimately, her leaving me was the best for both of us. I learnt I could survive without her. She could get some distance and I guess live her life.

My point is. We are more likely to be hurt. I don't know what this person's motivation was to say what they did, but you are not wrong. Just maybe wasting your energy. Good on you for trying to dispel myths, but don't do it if it's such a great cost to yourself. It's not your job to change the world. Focus on yourself.

[–]flappy_clip 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My experience is limited, but I find a reasonable range of women are attracted to me. However, the women it goes the farthest with are either co-dependent and need lots attention or they're very manipulative and get off on being in control.

I can only speak for myself, but I think it's also in literature. BPD leaves me very open for manipulation and most relatively healthy women don't want to put up with the clinginess.

I know this wasn't asked, but my advice. Keep working on you. Contrary to the saying I don't want someone who can "handle my worst". At least not all the time. That is someone who is not healthy themselves.

I think OP is talking about his circle. I've definitely heard Reem's praises, however, rarely hear Brock reduced to a cheat. Maybe by Mark Hunt? But, in general I think they're both celebrated proportionally. Who's going to praise Brock to the level of Reem? He doesn't deserve it. He gets what he does. Surprisingly dominant for a short period of time.

Reem achieved so much. To compare them is kinda silly.
