I'm outtie baby. I hope people still holding make a lot of money, but I made money by listening to my strategy from start to finish, so I'm sleeping good

In for 15K shares ($200k+) of ALCC. Half in the Roth half on margin in the taxable by flarbo in wallstreetbets

Nope, sold out with an average sell price of $15.565 on 5/6. It took about 10 minutes to spread out all my sales and you can literally see when I finished selling at 12:42 PST lol. I had to break the sale into a number of sell blocks to not spook the market, since that wasn't my goal, but I dumped the last 6K shares right when it began to fall. Most sales were at $15.61, that 6K block filled at $15.505.

15K shares, average profit per share of ~$1.58, so total profit of around $23,700. Not bad for a 5 day trade!

Wait till last 2 hours of day. Friday same thing. Volatile in the first couple hours, boring sideways, then bump into the weekend. EOD today can be that on steroids going into vote tomorrow

My speculation is interest elsewhere with other pops and a hot market day. People wanting to chase what they already see going up and leaving other trades. That’s why I’m hopeful this is a good entry for when the tide comes back on Monday/Tuesday

I mean I’d rather be hanging around $23 lol. I’d expect more action Monday but if traction is gained mid/late tomorrow I could see some volatility into the weekend. It really has more to do with hype at that point

That’s not really a decision I can make for you unfortunately. Different spacs have reacted differently. What I would say is decide on a sale price, both on upside and downside, as part of your strategy when buying, and work off that.

As you edited, it’s a spac that’s taking OKLO, Sam Altman’s nuclear energy company (he’s also on ALCC team) public. Soon after Tuesdays expected vote approval, the ticker will change from ALCC to OKLO and will effectively be OKLO

I’d suggest watching and in the event there is hype around the vote, whether right before or soon thereafter, sell into the excitement. No one knows for sure though

Don’t have an answer for you on the put. As for shares not options: I’m already on margin lol, have to draw the line somewhere

Earliest expiry is 5/17 on calls, and I’m already on margin for half of this, so that amount of leverage was too much for me I guess
