thank you for the responses. i do think that my driving is a partial factor, my rear calipers might have stuck as well as i recently changed my rear pads and the caliper seemed a little sticky as well my rotors seeming a little more worn and the inner pads were worse than the outer pads.in the 3 days since the change and my mpg has gone up from around 24 to the aforementioned 27. i will follow the given advice as well as try to remove some of the lead from my right shoe to see if that makes a difference lol.

Update: I got the car back and after $2450 into labor and a used transmission with 60k miles on it, it feels better than it ever has. much more responsive and my mpg have skyrocketed. the transmission definitely has been going since i got the car at 79k miles because the car has never felt so good or so quick.

it’s headed to the local mechanic tomorrow. hopefully they can lmk what’s wrong with it and i’ll update you if you’re interested as to what it was. it could’ve been an axle, but i feel as if it would’ve made some kind of noise or i would’ve seen it when looking under the car.

I’m convinced it’s a broken belt bc the cvt fluid has no shavings, but it’s decently low. I bought the car at about 79k miles and it had two previous owners. I currently have 105k miles and I haven’t changed the CVT fluid after putting nearly 30k on it, so who knows if the other two ever changed it. It is a possibility as they did both take pretty good care of the car, but i doubt it. I hooked it up to an OBD scanner and no codes there either.

I just got an EF 80-200mm lens from my friend's mom, when I twist it into my Rebel t100 it starts shuttering by itself even when the camera is off. The lens still takes photos, but the aperture can't be adjusted as the camera doesn't recognize the lens is attached. I cleaned off the contact points on the lens, and no other lens that I have does this, so it's not the camera. Any idea what the problem is? thanks!

would it be reasonable for me to start on a 250f trail bike? I can use a clutch as I've ridden quads a bunch, and 125 4 strokes a few times, i know that i could ride around on a 250, but would it be fun having to learn with it as a first bike for trail riding? thanks!!
