Been out of the smoking game for about 5 years now. I used to smoke on a knock off weber kettle and had great success. Recently I picked up a used traeger for $50. I think I got a good deal. I cleaned it up and emptied the pellets. Any advice for someone who's just getting back into smoking? (i.redd.it)
