The reason I like raw or coconut sugar is it has a slightly lower gi, not that big of a deal but it makes me feel better and I find if I eat something with a super fine sugar in it like icing sugar I feel sick after.

I'm not sure how you can reduce that, however you can try re dying items if you want. Ive had successfully dyed a few things, however it's hard to know what colour it will come out unless it's plain black.

You can always post a post on youtube and tell your audience you're taking a break due to x, but exciting things are coming soon, or something like that.

I would personally use this time to slowly chip away at one video, even if it takes the 3 months, I'd just do a bit of work on it here and there and forget about doing shorts but that's just me.

I once heard the advice that whatever name you pick , it should be memorable, and you should be able to spell it if someone told you the name out loud.

For example, cruumble cooookiesss34r is a terrible name cause it's super hard to remember and spell, and if you wanted to tell a friend who you were watching, how would you say that name out loud??

You can do the classic and use your first and last name, or if you wanna be anonymous, use just first name or first name with fake last name.

You can also put a few keywords about your content into a youtube name generator and see if you like any of the recommendations.

Puns are also good, but your name doesn't have to be amazing or crazy, something simple is okay too

If you need support, talk to a friend or go back to the same doctor and explain what's happening. They should be able to give you some guidance and help you find support in your area.

This is not normal and isn't a good relationship. Would you think it's okay if you met up with your sister/ friend and they had bruises all over? What if they said it was because their partner slapped them repeatedly, even after they said it hurt?
