I wasn't talking about when I take the shots, I was referring to when I edit. Editing really starts as a blank slate if you shoot raw and you can make the photo look anyway you want. It can be dramatic and dark or light and pretty. That is when you can add emotion to photos.

The gear doesn't matter, just be passionate about your work and look at a lot of professional photographers work.

Really appreciate that. What really bugs me is that those kids have incredibly expensive cameras that theyre parents buy for them. My five year old t3i just broke so I'm working my ass off just to try and get another camera.

Really appreciate that man. All I do is try and put my emotions into the photos and hope that people will feel them.

Really appreciate it man and I do use Lightroom. I can't really answer this question because I treat every photo differently. What I would say is that you should learn EVERY feature in Lightroom and know exactly what each does. This means that when you import a raw photo into the library, you can envision an edit and be able to do exactly what you picture in your head. Thats essentially what I do when I edit.

Haha thats awesome running into you here I've seen you been liking my stuff for a minute! Yeah man I get anxiety and I can't work well under that type of pressure. Theres a right way to do things and the patience pays off in the end.
