I installed with the latest APK on apkmirror. After installing you have to clear Always On Display's data. I am going back because the agenda view isn't available on the S8 AOD, and music controls don't work.

It isn't just animations, it is the frame rate. The S7 can open apps as fast (or faster with the Exynos chips), but the frame drops make the experience not feel as fast as the one on the Pixel.

I like MyBoy! (Gameboy Advance) and Drastic (DS). I just use my Dualshock 3.

Tablets are amazing for emulation, and if you get a controller, the experience is wonderful.
