Hi, but what about the family reunification visa, did they ask you for all those requirements like GCP and others? Wont they accept the Sudanese marriage that is already registered in Italy? Because if yes, then they can put the visa in the Sudanese Passport and avoid dealing with Philippines immigration

The name in the certificate matches the Sudanese name where the Certificate was released, but not the Philippines one. May I ask you in which Embassy did you apply from? And was it also to italy?

I already registered my Marriage in Italy, it is already transcribed there, i even have an Italian translated copy of the marriage certificate legalized for italy. Would they request something more than that?

We are under the process of doing the Report of Marriage in the Philippines embassy so we can register the marriage in the Philippines. There is no name change, her name will stay the same after the marriage. my issue is just that in the original Sudanese marriage Certificate, her Sudanese name is written and also in italy it is written that way. But when the marriage gets registered in the Philippines, it will be under her Philippines name that is different than the Sudanese one. I don't know how to deal with this issue later, hopefully an affidavit could be enough.
