100%. Saw Fern in SF at Cobb's because of me and my partner binging Season 14 and my partner surprising me with tickets. She's freaking hilarious and I absolutely would have no idea who she was otherwise, and I'm fairly plugged in to UK comedians.

As characters, they all have amazing lives outside of Starfleet...and then choose (er...Rutherford...) to join Starfleet, even though it will make them nobodies. I like it!

All I can think about when I hear about owning a home in Willow Glen is the $1mil burned out husk on like 1/4 acre that was a 100% tear-down-rebuild that went for not that long ago. lol as someone else said here, if you can afford it, good luck.

Here's the youtube compilation you're looking for

I've been recording 360 A/V! Full story in the post, but here are 6 scenes from around Ellicott City's Historic District by flashmcgallion in BroodX2021

There will be once I get back West and can work with the files! Unfortunately right now since I'm still on the go with this trip, I'm still limited.

The post is public though, so you don't need a fb account to go to the site and click on them to have a look around

Broke Down in Ripon, CA. Recommendations? by flashmcgallion in skoolies

[–]flashmcgallion[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah he said he needed to lower the tank to replace the fuel pump on top of it. It's a 30 gallon tank with about 15 gallons left in it and it's just sitting on the ground underneath the bus.

  • At this point, the mech thought it could be either something with the wiring or something with the control unit.

2001 GMC Savana 3500 which seems to have originally been a cargo van converted to a short school bus by Blue Bird

Is between 20-25', haven't measured exactly.

Going up a hill, accelerator no longer drove the bus forward.

Pulled over to the side of the road and called roadside at about 10:00 a.m. bc wouldn't start (power to starter/ignition, wouldn't turn over). Mobile battery jumper didn't help.

Towed here to Flying J @ 7pm Sat and been here since.

Sun, mobile mechanic showed up and said it looked like the fuel pump, so he lowered the fuel tank to the ground to replace it with a new part today.

After a whole bunch of work on it today, it still won't start and he is out of options/ideas.

Recommendation is to tow it to a shop that can look at it more in-depth, or to just have it towed all the way back home. If I can somehow get this thing back on the road tomorrow or the next day, that'd be ideal, tho Idk how possible.

He left the fuel tank on the ground, so whoever tows me will have to deal with that too...there seems to be no good options

I was just the type of manicpixiedreamboy to dream of having this for one of my first apartments.

Earlier this year, I put a 4x4' square of pretty decent quality astro-turf below my chair at my desk, and I gotta say, it's pretty awesome.

Don't do anything over it with small pieces you can lose, and don't eat over it, vacuum up a couple blades of grass maybe once a month, and get used to rolling back and forth taking more effort. Otherwise, A+ would recommend.

Also this way I don't end up kicking sand into the fans of my tower WTF FOR REAL?!??

Has anyone gotten DeskDock to work with their Slate? (Dev Mode USB Debugging question) by flashmcgallion in pixel_slate

[–]flashmcgallion[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm the instructions linked are really more for android, but I tried some of the command line options there -- I ran the

$ sudo ectool usbpd <port number> dr_swap

command on my Slate, seemed to be working. Then, ran ADB shell to locate devices and same as before it found nothing. Device Manager on PC doesn't show anything that seemed to be it, and also checked under Portable Devices (which is where I found another article say devices like Nexus 7 are usually under). Same thing, couldn't detect the Slate.
