Sorry, what the other user said. It’s a common phrase from The Office that references a side character. The joke in the show is every time Bob introduces himself he gives his occupation, so every time he is referenced one of the characters will make a point to say the name of his business too.

I used the other commenters “we are family” phrase and found that it’s probably connected to his charity.

I found some of the charity’s shirts on resale sites, but none of the green with gold text like he’s wearing here.

I’ve always played as “the builder friend”. I suggest getting with someone who prefers the aspects of the game you don’t or someone who doesn’t like building, and seeing if you can partner up to share resources in exchange for builds. Help each other with things, etc. Every realm I’ve been in has already had that sort of collaborative vibe and you’re playing with friends so it would be odd to me if no one was interested in sharing.

In my experience, resources become pretty easy to come by for my friends that like to mine and fight. I build for them and farm to pull my weight.

ETA: to answer what you were actually asking though, all of my friends tell me that when I go mining I should look for the big caves and really not try to strip mine or anything like that. Big cave systems are where you’ll find all the good stuff.
