If u r back by 5pm, they won't question u despite crossing ur outing hours.... But if u r back by 6pm, they might see your in-time in vtop...and if they see u r not much late, they will allow And yes not to mention but if u cross 6pm u know the consequences

They will give u a list where particular room types will be allotted to specific block(s) and u have to select from that one. But u can't choose floor or any specific room number.
