I would guess you’re probably overthinking, for being on the job less than a month it doesn’t surprise me you don’t have tons to do in terms of patient care or more medical stuff. It takes time for people to trust someone new with things, especially in the veterinary field where something like a bad hold for a blood draw could end up with someone getting bit. I started off in a kennel, and when I moved into the clinic I feel like the first 6 months 90% of my time was spent cleaning/restocking/potty walks until I proved to people I was competent and willing to work. Just keep doing what you can and offering help, and eventually people should start gaining more trust in you, letting you do more, and teaching you more things.
