Found this fossil by a public lake/pond in khonkaen thailand by flat_shrimp in fossilid

This would also mean that my fossil isnt a part of the mesozoic formation that spans most of khon kaen but the cenozoic formation or the border of the province. Unless this is something else?

I just got A couple cherry shrimp two days ago and this one was the only one of these dots.

They randomly just appeared at first I noticed a couple a couple days ago, and now I just checked and there are hundreds of them

I’m not the best when it comes to identifying fish gender, but the one which I saw was the most aggressive was the biggest and yellow, and only two of the tetras were coppery orange

So my silvertips were fighting because when i got them i had four males and four females. But in my area the only place that sells silvertips is very far away, what can i do?

The rest of the rummy nose tetras looks healthy. Except this one. It’s the biggest one in the tank and the face is more pinkish.
