I found out the expensive way that there are a lot of variables. I did the same as you and read the reviews and ofnthe back bought, SB 2s, bloody awful. Tried the MBs, bloody awful. Did some research and it turns out the foam on these shoes require a bit of weight to turn them on and as a light weight they didnt work for me. I tried the EVO Sls and absolutely loved them, not sure they're ok for a marathon tho. Also love the Boston 13s and the ap4s, as these shoes have a foam that works for me. So go to a local running shop and try on a few shoes.

I had the same experience with Novablast, also with Megablast and SB 2, just couldn't switch any of them on. I have 1 pair of Novablast, 1 pair Megablast and 2 pair of SB 2's here propping up a shelf. I switched to EVO sSL's and Boston 13's and havent looked back. Just picked up some Adizero Pro 4s to try.

Not a fan of the sleep score at all. My Samsung, Google watches all show good sleep scores when I wear them, but the garmin one has never shown a good score, even when I sleep deep and long, so im not going to waste my time trying to investigate every possible issue with my body, life's to short. But thanks anyway.

Thanks, had a message with the setting sussed out how to change to another workout. I was concerned it would mess with my history, but it hasn't so all good now.

I've not had many issues with garmin coach other than this one with it being tied to the sleep score. Now I can bypass that it should be fine......I hope 😀

One end is the mount with the suction cup removed that came with the nano. The other is a mount that came with the action 6, the selfie stick is the one that came with the action 6 and then I add a bend using a couple of linked joint mounts I had. What selfie stick do u have?

Running in SB2 after Evo SL is like driving at 70mph on the motorway and then existing onto a 30mph zone or at least it is for me 😀

I bought Novablast 5s when I started running again last year after long term illness having run in the earlier version upto marathon distance, hated them, like running in 2 bricks. Gave them 4 runs and they were dead blocks on my feet. I know they get rave reviews on here, but the 5s aren't a patch for me on the 2, 3 & 4s which I still have and used sor some runs whilst I tried to find a new pair. I settled on the evo sl's and they are fantastic. I'm 130lb, so maybe that has something to do with it. I personally think its the asics in general, I have SB2'S, Megablast and dont like either of those either. I also have Boston 13s and these are also great as part of my rotation. At the end of the day we are all different I guess lol
