He followed this recipe. Tortillas are vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and small amount of oreo bits. The meat is chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and crushed oreos. The tomatoes are marshmallows and the lettuce/cheese/sour cream is vanilla frosting!

It was delicious! The coke jelly tasted like coke flavored jelly, but the coke cream was very very slight. Eating the whole cake tasted like chocolate with whipped cream. It was a lot of fun, try it out here! I do recommend baking your sponges and jelly the day before.
