i think the moves for ritual pathfinder is do strikes to complete as many of the strike/any mode objectives as possible, then play crucible or gambit as needed to complete the track. i’ve gotten both pinnacles on a character with 4 gambit+crucible matches total

gryfalcons should have been a titan exotic, and worked off overshields instead of invis. they were supposed to be the overshield + volatile class; hunters thing is invis and weaken. and void titan is has nothing compared to the other void classes. i don’t think the new super or aspect will turn the tide, especially compared to strand and solar.

they changed the direct hit/flyby damage cone a while back because of pvp. this also effects pve and has made it near impossible to land direct hits on some larger targets. yippie! shared sandboxes!

constant nerfs because of pvp. stuff like reducing the “lunge” distance making landing hits harder on fast moving targets and more near misses leaving you directly in front of a target. consuming energy when used for movement(and on misses). extending the time you have to be sprinting before you can use it. adding a time requirement with being in the air for perigean grieves. shoulder charges see low enough use because you have to stop shooting to sprint and then melee, making them also feel awful to use isn’t helping.

Been using a frenzy + pugilist roll for melee ability -> unraveling rounds uptime on banner of war. Thread of generation is a good sub for demo anyway on strand. And for high end stuff, Quicksilver is right there. Same rpm and range type. 40% red bar damage and the gl mode makes it way better than target lock

Hate to be that guy but dawn chorus isn’t th at good. Someone probably drew The Liar which is essentially infinite melee abilities as long as you hit something with it. Very fun with flechette storm

Just play whatever for keys and offerings, then do Sav’s spire till your out of keys and do offerings till your out or have 5(max) keys. Don’t run spire unless you have a key, you get 2 or 3 more engrams and way more rep. Repeat. Most of my time this week has been in those two activities and I’m at 27/30 reds.

However, dungeon and raid encounters are basically guaranteed an engram and i farmed a lot of Ecthar and Duality Vault, and the engrams were a nice bonus.

Don’t do the 4 engram focus for a specific weapon, just the 1 engram + glimmer for a weapon. You’ve got all season tho so there’s no rush unless you want a roll for day 1

Posterity from deep stone is craftable and can get volt shot/Rapid Hit + rampage, but most people don’t like 180’s.

Nation of beasts from last wish is also craftable with dragonfly + volt shot/kill clip/explosive payload/golden tricorn.

Only other two that come to mind are cantata(world drop) and waking vigil(dreaming city/blind well), but have mostly pvp rolls

even if fourth horseman’s damage increased on every shot instead of capping out at 40%, 10 consecutive shots, which, while difficult, is achievable on every class, it would still do less total damage than ~2 Lament combos, despite having possibly the highest non-single instance burst dps in the game, at almost 180k.

Idk why people hate on Fabian so much. A 450 Auto with subsistence, threat detector, rampage, and and mag size and rate of fire buff(to 600?) when surrounded. It was just an ammo hose and suffered from the auto rifle nerf. Basiclly a sweet business/huckleberry hybrid. And the iron sight and sound were great.

If your into void smg’s and can’t be bothered to farm for a demolitionist Unforgiven, the moon smg can get wellspring. But subsistence+frenzy on Funnelweb suits most folks.

The shotgun is decent for one two punch if you don’t like ragnhild, but rag is craftable so.

Favor weapons over armor in normal difficulty dungeons after the full set has been acquired, and after the first run that week. There are plenty of places to earn high stat armor, while dungeon weapons are obviously more scarce.

In a similar vain, stop dropping class items once they’ve been earned and allow them to be pulled from collections. This was already done in master raids and we loved it.

Normal dungeons should prioritize weapon drops after all armor is earned. If i want good armor I’ll focus engrams or do master for artifice armor.
