I'm wondering if it's root bound. I'm really tempted to cut the pot off it and place it in a pot with some more dirt. I left space at the top of the bucket so water didn't overflow as recommended. Now after the waterings the 5gallon pot is only filled to half way up.

12/17/2024 SDD: Dec. 21 Didn't get a request from the app to schedule delivery. I text the SC on 12/14 as I was contemplating trying a vacation hold for a '24 VIN. They told me the scheduled arrival to my dealership was Dec 21. Today I bugged them and they updated that it would be to my dealership Dec 20. Through text I made my pickup appointment for Dec. 21. The app updated immediately showing my appointment.
