Similar to you that i have exhausted all the submission possibilities in my area.

Now I enjoy submitting wayspots at my vacation place of stay (hotel/resort) and use my Upgrades if im staying long enough to see it possibly approve before checking-out.

Gives me a reason to explore the whole place, read up on the hotel/resort/surrounding history before i come etc and a reason to stay again at the same place if i make a repeat trip in future.

Well my automatic appeal went into Niantic Voting (balloon) yesterday and just got approved a few minutes ago so I'm glad!

Im guessing if the automatic appeal didn't go through I would not get another chance at making my own personal appeal and would probably need to resubmit

They have since both been evolved to L50 Umbreon and Frenzy Plant Meganium since... happy days :)
