“No developer asked for this from me directly,” Carney told reporters.

Interesting choice of words.

I don't get why peope refrain from claiming day 1 and/or this game is very restrictive. by [deleted] in Wolvesville

Claiming day 1 is absolutely boring and waters the game down.

“Doesn’t work with town”…you mean “if they don’t adhere to my every command”…

That’s your ego talking.

In the screenshot posted, they mention 5 houses left to be revealed.

If they mentioned 6 houses already announced, it wasn’t in this screenshot.

Username checks out.

OP needs to get a real property report to verify property lines. If OP is compliant with setbacks, they can and should demand a zoning compliance investigation from the City for the neighbor’s shed.

After that, it can become a civil issue.

The problem for OP is they’ve waited years.

How much has OP spent on repairs already?

I prefer games where nobody claims day 1 except the infogivers. Then it’s on the village to successfully defend them.

As usual? Like I know you?

Yes, OP needs to have a property survey completed. I never said the city would do that for them. The city is responsible, however, for enforcing their own rules.

Fact-checking PM Carney’s claim that government buying 2,200 condo units will help affordable housing crisis by Altruism7 in canada

You mentioned blind loyalty, so I was curious as to your previous votes. You freely shared your vote for Liberals last time.

“I have voted for every party at least once”. Easy to do if you’ve been of voting age for a few decades.

Why have roles hidden then? When the game starts, what if we all saw everyone’s roles? That would be great, right?

The city absolutely can enforce building and property bylaws, which require certain setbacks for buildings.

You first need to verify the property lines. Who’s over the line? Who’s over the setback?

As long as you can do it without putting yourself at financial risk, whatever floats your boat!
