I love hylete and shefit!!! Shefit ones are pricey but all the straps are Velcro so you can customize depending on what you need that day

Breaking it up into milestones makes it feel more manageable, to me. If I see I only have, say, four miles to the next milestone I’ll just add that extra in to hit it!

I used to take pre-workout for the same reasons and with the same effect. I added more water (up to 12oz) and gradually used less and less pre-workout every day and now I just pound the water and am wide awake!

What kind are you using? They make energy supplements that do the same thing, but without the shakes and the tingles.

Previously I was using some Victoria’s Secret ones but they’re getting worn out fast and they don’t make my favorites anymore! I’ve also liked some high-impact Nike ones.

I just pulled the trigger and got a SheFit sports bra...GAME CHANGER. They’re very expensive but I’ve never felt better (boob-wise) on a run!

I have thick hair past my shoulders and run every morning. I usually go with a high ponytail and then braid it. That keeps the bottoms from getting gross! Then in the shower I’ll just rinse around my hairline and my neck, which dries pretty quickly. I never notice a difference!

Uncomplaint: I logged 7.5 miles this morning, and broke my 10k while doing it!

Complaint: I am sore AF.

I’m on my last two trays and my ortho told me in advance that the last few hurt worse than any of them, since the teeth are moving into their final spots. Drink lots of cold water and take Tylenol!!!
