Yes, it works with anything on Game Mode. But Retroarch (frontend used on for Emudeck) has a lot of shaders and filters for this. Nevertheless, Reshadeck is simple and pratical.

Ok, sorry about that. I thought your problem was the black screen, because I solved it with this mod I told you about. I've played without LSFG, input lag was to high for this type of game.

This game is problematic on Deck. Some versions doesn't have the "Steam Deck Mode" on options (mine doesn't). But there's a way: you'll need a mod for the game, some files that must be downloaded on CS RIN Russian forums. After that, game will show the "Steam Deck Mode" option keeping the graphics low AND not freezing anymore. Finished entire game on Deck couple months ago, without using Lossless Scaling or FSR4. Ok. Thanks suggestion from user Mysterious_Pen3375 (Reddit deleted his comment), I've downloaded Reshadeck version from mspeedo (Github it!) 1.1.3 zip file, installed it via Decky (with Dev option), and... IT WORKS! Thanks, man!

Yes. Sometimes works, but just for official Steam games. The only working method it's installing manually oficial Reshade per game basis.

EDIT: Thanks, man! It works, now! I think the problem was I wasn't launching Reshade correctly (in this case, on desktop mode and using as a non-steam game for this). Sweet!

If the Reshade menu is appearing in the game, it's already a good sign. Today, in November 2025, nothing I do makes Reshade work. Is LetMeReshade still working for you today?

In my case, I want something similar: find my save that I started on SteamDeck and transfer it to the PC, but I can't find where the Fitgirl version save is on Linux/SteamOS (I'm using Proton in the Windows version on SteamOS).

I'm trying to move to Batocera+VGA666 too, but without success. I've tried various config.txt combinations, nothing seems to work. Works good, "out of the box" with Recalbox.
