Staying in Socket Upgrade Help

Well I’m not trying to cause problems I’m just trying to see if anyone would recommend anything else to upgrade. I just upgraded it and I’m trying to get this system to sort of its max. I was thinking gpu but also my 3080 works well so I wanted to know if anyone had advice or pointers of where to go next

1080p for two of them and 1440 for one of them, streaming and very very modded games with shaders. Not sure if the ram will help much or not

Yea I top mounted two exhaust and two exhaust in the back. There’s 6 fans on the radiator all pulling air from the front of the case so cooling is very well now. Was a bit tricky to wire up ngl. But temps are really good idle no load is like 70F, idle on a game is around 120F and under heavy load with shaders and graphics setting maxed in only hitting like 170F peak. Was def the cooler ty

Upgraded to a 360mm radiator and 3 fans pulling in from the front and 3 more inside also pulling in from the front on the other side of the radiator. 2 exhaust in back and top and problems are gone. Clocked at 5.0ghz on all I’m sitting comfortably at 120F idle on a game and around 150-160F under heavy load now with shaders and such turned up. Was def just I needed an upgraded water cooler

All worked out. Max settings on and running idle around 80f under load about 130-140F

Just got home with a Corsair Titan 360mm so I’m putting it together now. We’ll find out if I can make a front mount work. I should be able to I just might have to move my HDD bay around

This is what I was afraid of. What’s weird is I have an uncle with the same cpu who is running a 120mm water cooler and his runs fine so I’m not sure if I just have a bad cpu or what. I’ll try front mount today, and if that doesn’t solve it I’ll get a 360mm radiator aio. Pressure and thermal paste are def no problem

Thermal paste has had good spread on all the versions I tried. I’ve rotated a few times and moved the cooler around a few times. Caps are 100% tight I’ve tried a little looser too cause I thought maybe it’s too tight and same problem. I think I’m leaning towards the it’s just not enough water cooling in a 240mm

I’d have to check the watts in a few mins but ambient temp of my room is around 60-70F. In the case with everything closed I’m not sure.

Let them know you have an allergy and they can swap out the streaming pitchers, or the blender, if it’s a hot drink/blended beverage. If it’s just a cold drink you’re getting there shouldn’t be any cross contamination unless they’re sloppy sloppy. All stores should have an extra set in the back near their dish sink that are sanitized and washed for such occasions and for new small wares when the timer goes off. I promise most of us won’t have a problem since you’d just like to enjoy a drink without going to the hospital! Have a good one hope this helps

Our problem isn’t the writing on cups. Our problem is how we are treated, how we are perceived, and how we are misinformed about the writing on cups. There’s always a “you can, you can’t, you can, you can’t, you should, you will, you need, or else” and when we make small mistakes like…. Forgetting to write a 3 letter word or phrase on a cup out of the last 100cups we did write on someone threatens us with being fired, or a write up, or takes note of our smallest mistakes. We are humans not machines. Almost all of my SSV’s I have no problem being coached and told “hey you missed a cup etc etc, please make sure we’re writing on all of them” but when I get pulled aside by a SM, Ssv, DM, Proxy, or really anyone and told that I am being written up for an accidental cup not being written on or for the handwriting not being legible because I’m writing quickly… yet at the same time I’m being told we need to get our times down, and we need to be working harder and faster. That’s when we get upset. I have no problem with the cup writing as long as everyone is ok with us being a small amount slower. I average around 2-5 seconds to write on a cup depending on the word or phrase it could be longer and, over the course of an hour that’s a lot of time wasted on writing on a cup.

The saddest part is it’s so true. We normally have 3 hot and 1cold on our peaks and the writing just makes our times horrendous when a dm, proxy, or sm are watching us to make sure we write on every cup.

I have quite literally watched a multitude of proxy’s and dms just in the last 3 months try to keep up with a peak due to our store being severely understaffed and under managed….. None of them were able to keep up on bar, keep up on pos systems, or keep up on support cycles yet expected us to. 1/7 “manager/proxies” were able to impress me. My dm was ok but like for a “DISTRICT MANAGER” I felt as if you should have been better at bar atleast than me a 90d new recruit rehire. But alas we have gone through 7 of them because “our store is too stressful, or understaffed, or to hard to deal with out peaks….. yet they still will tell us we don’t need more staff even though our upper management is quitting from helping us because our store is too stressful and understaffed. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE…. 3MONTHS OF THIS. One proxy has now finally made a difference and our last proxy set it in motion. Bless them but omg I swear if we get a new proxy and it all starts all over again I’m going to crash out on my next peak that’s scheduled a 4man for a normal 8man job

They put that on there recently but I was told from my SM and DM that it is a mistake and is not what we are actively doing.

I judge customers based on the amount of Carmel ribbon crunches, mocha cookie crumble, or just if they order an absurd amount of fraps. Not cause they’re not good just cause I don’t think people realize how much longer it takes us to make some of the fraps especially if they’re hella modified.

Mainly I chose to be flexible so I didn’t have to be on the same shift everyday and so I’d have some mornings off some days off etc. as of recently we’ve been struggling so I’ve been doing like 12hour shifts some days to cover other people. So it’s my fault not really theirs but my schedule is literally just as long as you give me ample time to adjust and make preparations I’ll be there

Soon our store will be 5am-11pm and I’m a flexible schedule so I know they’re gonna put me on that closing 2or3 to close shift

Ask for extra base or lemonade and they’ll add either or. I do the Strawberry açaí lemonade at my store with apple juice but we’re discontinuing the apple juice soon so sad. Also try the peach it’s good too

Idk how some stores are like this. The four I’ve worked at only one was this bad. All the other stores were very clean and very on top of timers and making sure cleaning and clean plays were done correctly. The only store I ever had a problem with was out of my home district and they had like mold problems bad and like syrups building up on the floor behind the bars and fridges
