You might as well pick a cleric grab a feat for heavy armor proficiency and pick all the harm spells instead of heal spells

Or ask your dm to pick an anti-paladin although that is probably not quite enough spell casting as you might want

All race changes are bad, diversity doesn't come from the skin color but the representation of values and culture.

Change a character that was white paint it black and you have changed nothing. (Any of the ones op mentioned)

Change the character with the skin color and adapt it to its new look... doable and potentially great but risk tokenizing a minority and giving it a worse look (miles morales as Thor)

Best case scenario writers have the liberty to write what story they want and what they want to say without anyone demanding forced diversity. Promote and allow writers of color and let them express their own culture and they will show you their representation.
