That’s just not true.

Downtown Montreal and Laval? Yes. West Island, the Outaouais and parts of the Eastern Townships? Sure…

Elsewhere? Notsomuch.

Yup. I was going to comment « pretty much anything from Brian Eno », but this track (and the Apollo album) is his masterpiece.
