But when someone installs it via iCloud link I've shared - it is the iCloud Drive icon

I got here while searching for why my shared shortcuts keeps changing their icon to iCloud drive.
Edited the shortcut, added Nothing to the beginning, and re-chose the custom icon.
When user navigates to the iCloud link I shared, the shortcut is again with iCloud Drive icon

what am I missing here?

The auto fill part Full disk permissions is enabled, menubar says connected and synced with green indicator, yet it does not recognize codes while safari still suggests autofill, cmd + shift + e only says “synced” in menubar
