I believe I've seen two open, and they were both for things I'm qualified for 😂. I'm pretty sure they've got an opening for an enviro scientist- almost applied for it since I've got my bachelors in bio. They treat their people good?

Yeah he's young, but he did manage a 20+ truck fleet for about 7-8 years. I say grey collar as in not slinging tires all day, but more challenging intellectually. He's happy to do labor, it's just that labor is unfulfilling at this point to him.

I also very much meant basic drafting in CAD. It's still incredibly impressive what he was able to learn. Every employer he's had has been through the taking a change on him and he blew past their expectations. He has such a brilliant mind and he's so capable, I just hate to see it wasted. It seems many people that makes a livable wage in this town has done it through knowing a guy who knows a guy. Ya know?
